Snapper at night is one of my favorites. Heading back into the Gulf of Mexico to a couple of wrecks we found after IRMA and setting up on the evening bite is great fun. Mangrove (Grey) Snapper are great for the table and put up a good fight. On the wreck we also caught many other species including jack, mackerel, lady fish and other bait fish. This wreck is home to a Goliath Grouper that always eats one or two of our snapper before we can get them to the boat. Someday we will gear up and land this behemoth!!!
